Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This page explains how to exercise that right and what to expect.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can do this by:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

4. Return Shipping

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The cost of return shipping is: borne by the consumer.

5. Exclusions
